The ABIA Annual Awards Gala is the flagship event of the Institute's calendar — celebrating outstanding achievement in Antigua and Barbuda's built environment. The 2024 Gala was hosted at Government House, the official residence of the Governor-General of Antigua and Barbuda, and televised live by ABS Television.
The Honorary Fellowship awards were conferred in the presence of distinguished guests, including His Excellency Sir Rodney Errey Lawrence Williams, GCMG, KGN, KStJ, DSc, PhD (h.c.), MBBS, Governor-General of Antigua and Barbuda; Sir Steadroy "Cutie" Benjamin, KGCN, Attorney General and Minister responsible for Legal Affairs, Public Safety, Immigration and Labour; and the Honourable Everly Paul Chet Greene, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Agriculture, Trade and Barbuda Affairs.

Honouring architects who have gone beyond the drawing board — through volunteer work, alternative careers, or humanitarian service that transcends the practice of architecture and serves as a national model for others.
Recognising architects who have advanced the profession through teaching, research, writing, or scholarship — work that inspires the next generation and leaves a lasting mark on architectural knowledge.
